Tim, an Omaha native, is the Owner and President of McGill Restoration. Tim began his career with McGill Restoration as a laborer while a student at Omaha Westside High School in 1994. After completing high school, Tim attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha where he played football and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering in 2001. While at UNO, Tim managed McGill Restorations’ field operations. Tim specializes in concrete repair and specialty coating systems with a primary focus on the repair, strengthening and protection of parking structures, stadiums, bridges and other infrastructure.
Tim is a Past President of the International Concrete Repair Institute (ICRI) Great Plains Chapter and a Past President of Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) of Nebraska. Currently, Tim is the Lead Forum Expert for EO over North America and Central America. Tim also sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Make A Wish Nebraska and has served in the past on the board of many other organizations in the Omaha community. Tim is a member of the Sealant Restoration and Waterproofing Institute (SWRI) and The Association of General Contractors Nebraska chapter. Tim’s drive for success, hard work and dedication to McGill Restoration has directly contributed to the company’s growth and achievements. Under Tim’s leadership, McGill Restoration has experienced record growth. In 2015, McGill Restoration launched its 2nd office location in Lincoln, Nebraska. Also in 2015, McGill Restoration was recognized as an INC 5000 recipient as the 3838th fasted growing privately held company in the US and the 15th fastest growing privately held company in the State of Nebraska. In 2016, McGill Restoration repeated this and was identified as the #3723 fastest growing in the US and #16 fastest growing privately held company in Nebraska.
