Nebraska Medicine Lot 1 Parking Garage​

Nebraska Medicine’s major parking garage had deterioration and needed extensive repairs. Due to the heavy usage of this lot, Nebraska Medicine needed to select a partner who could perform these complex repairs in a timely manner, abide by the hospital system's specific rules and guidelines, and deliver long-lasting results to extend the lifespan of the parking garage.

Nebraska Medicine Lot 2 Parking Garage

Initially Nebraska Medicine planned to demolish Lot 2 parking garage due to its deteriorated state. However, the parking garage was recognized as a critical structure to support the new Warren Buffet Cancer Center; therefore, McGill Restoration was hired to renovate the structure on an extremely tight timeframe. The parking garage also remained occupied, creating unique scheduling and logistical challenges for McGill Restoration to address.

Southbridge Condo Association Parking Garage

Southbridge Condominiums has 24 owner-occupied units managed by a condo association. The building, built in 1963, had suffered from years of surface level leakage and a deteriorating underground parking garage. Over the years, the assocation had invested in mutliple short-term, inexpensive solutions to remedy the leaks, but nothing worked. Eventually the water infiltration began compromising the foundation of the building and a long-term sustainble solution needed to be found .
